Comments: This summer Elaine and I have done alot of biking and kayaking. This is the first we've used the kayaks since kayaking the summers with Len. We've also ran a few half-marathons this summer, something i know Len would be proud of. I'd be admonishing the truth if i didn't say i know he is here in spirit and sharing in our experiences.
Thanks to everyone that keeps this blog going. Its nice to be able to see others' posts and that were not keeping our thoughts/emotions bottled up inside.
