Comments: My butt hurts from my bike seat... I've started training again this week - I know what I WANT to be training for - but whether or not I ever get there is yet to be discovered. I know, I'm a few weeks past where I should be... And many more YEARS past keeping it up when I never should've quit in the first place. People should never stop doing what they love, right Teeter? But I'm doing it now. I wore the jersey last fall on my first 20 mile ride in nearly 18 years. Cried every other mile I believe. The cows I passed weren't much help with that, but I still told them how I felt. I hope you chuckled at what I told you that day though - it's the truth! This week, I heard that Smokey Robinson song. Twice. I bought that CD too by the way, last summer.
I know you're happy where you are. It's still a race I wish you would not have won just yet... that's because I'm selfish. I'll just wait for my ticket to be able to go too. Love you~
