Comments: Iím so glad I was able to have one last interaction with Len, on Wednesday, the very day before his passing. He helped me access one of the archived PALS online newsletters, offering to wait on the phone until I found what I needed. What great customer service. Len was a true professional and nice guy. My heart goes out to his entire family. You will be in my prayers.
