Comments: This is indeed very sad news. I did not know Len well, only through email and phone calls when he was helping me solve a tech issue. But, he always struck me as such a dedicated and helpful individual of such good humor. Actually, I just spoke to him early Thursday evening. He had been helping me that day with an issue we were having here and he made a point of calling me at the end of the day to assure me that he had left things in good hands for Friday. That was typical of my experiences with Len. On my way home that night, I was thinking how lucky this system is to have someone of this caliber. He possessed that rare combination of talents- diligence, intelligence, friendliness and exceptional communication skills. He always was such a great help. ìThanks, Len.??
